Position Summary: We are seeking a versatile sales assistant for the Non-Food Market, focused on customer service, stock management, and attractive product display. Key Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service and address their needs. 2. Merchandise management, restocking, and product rotation. 3. Versatility across Home, Bazaar, and Textile departments. As part of the Non-Food Market team, your responsibilities will include: * Deliver excellent service to customers by applying Alcampo’s established Welcome Model and providing information to meet their needs. * Carry out and/or supervise the receipt of incoming merchandise, ensuring optimal product entry conditions. * Restock, face, and rotate products on shelves to prevent stockouts and inventory loss. * Support the Manager in conducting inventories, placing orders, and transferring merchandise. * Perform tasks with versatility across the Home, Bazaar, and Textile markets. * Clean, organize, and supervise assigned shelves to ensure attractive product presentation.
