We are currently seeking a **Production Operator** for our factory located in **Polinyà**. **What will be your mission?** Under the supervision of the Production Manager, you will be responsible for manufacturing doors, accessories, and other products under our brand: * Cutting and preparation of profiles made from various materials. * Performing manufacturing, assembly, and repair processes for metal structures. * Handling pre-assembly, assembly, and integration of metal parts. * Welding tasks. * Packaging of accessories, materials, and finished products. **What profile are we looking for?** * Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar position. * Experience with metal carpentry tools. * A medium-level vocational training qualification is desirable. * Knowledge of electricity, electronics, and/or welding is desirable. * Training in forklift operation is desirable. **What do we offer?** * Opportunities for personal and professional development within a sector-leading company. * A positive working environment. * Flexible compensation: private health insurance and childcare vouchers.
