Professional experience: 36 months. Computer skills: MICROSOFT OFFICE. Languages: ENGLISH. Professional level: TECHNICAL STAFF WITHOUT A DEFINED LABOUR CATEGORY. Contract type: INDEFINITE-TERM EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT. Working hours: MON TO FRI, 8 AM TO 3 PM (THURSDAYS AFTERNOON, 4–7 PM, FROM APRIL TO OCTOBER). End-to-end development leadership for products, services, and business models related to digital assets and new financial infrastructures. Transform ideas and opportunities into real pilots and MVPs, including value proposition, business case, risk identification/mitigation, dependencies, and success metrics—from the discovery phase through to implementation. Responsible for effective delivery of initiatives, ensuring their release and evolution into production: milestones, timelines, dependencies, and outcomes. Identify and remove obstacles by coordinating internal teams (business, technology, risk, compliance, etc.). Translate business and market needs into concrete solutions, prioritising based on impact. Drive decision-making in ambiguous contexts. Participate in evaluating technological and implementation options from a pragmatic perspective (time-to-market, viability, cost). Accelerate the transition from concept to production and its adoption into BAU. * 36 months of experience. Three years’ experience in product, strategy, or transformation roles within complex, regulated environments; delivering end-to-end products; and working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders. Preferred qualifications: \* Experience in product management and stakeholder leadership. \* Five years’ experience in financial services, retail banking, consulting, or leading market infrastructure providers.
