We are currently seeking a Process Engineer to join chemical or petrochemical industry projects. Key responsibilities include: * Develop and implement strategies to optimize processes, reduce costs, and improve quality, energy efficiency, and sustainability. * Collaborate with other departments to implement process and technology improvements. * Oversee the implementation of new technologies and processes, ensuring compliance with safety and quality regulations. * Lead continuous improvement projects and manage cross-functional teams. * Conduct feasibility studies and risk analyses. * Develop and deliver training to staff on new processes and improvements. * Client communication. * Review, analyze, and propose improvements for energy and raw material consumption and costs. **What we offer?** * Continuous professional development. * Competitive compensation. * A participatory, inclusive, and dynamic work environment—we love working as a team! * The opportunity to be part of the place where engineers love to work. \#LI\-LV1 **Requirements:** --------------- The following qualifications are required for this position: * University degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and processes. * Project management and team leadership experience is desirable. * Proficiency in process management tools and software (e.g., AutoCAD, SAP, Aspen) is desirable.
