The intern will carry out practical training within the **Technical Office**, a department focused on developing, maintaining, and enhancing internal applications that support process automation and efficient management of technical information. This environment will allow the intern to become familiar with software development methodologies, technical documentation, continuous application improvement, and quality assurance procedures — always under supervision and with a strictly training-oriented approach. . Training Objectives – Advanced Program in Adaptive Management and Innovation The training placement will complement academic knowledge through participation in projects related to technological innovation, continuous improvement, and adaptation of processes to the needs of a highly specialized international organization. During the program, the intern will be able to: Adaptive Management and Continuous Improvement * Learn how to analyze corporate applications to identify opportunities for improvement and technological evolution. * Become acquainted with continuous improvement methodologies applied to software development and optimization of internal processes. * Understand how to adapt technological solutions to the changing needs of various work teams. Innovation and Digital Transformation * Familiarize themselves with tools and procedures used in digital transformation projects. * Participate in initiatives aimed at evolving and modernizing corporate applications. * Learn best practices related to technological innovation and sustainability of developments.
