We are looking for a candidate capable of leading the design, implementation, operation, and evolution of a comprehensive database architecture. Your Mission You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining a high-availability PostgreSQL platform, ensuring its performance, security, and scalability. You will participate in both architectural definition and ongoing operation and continuous improvement. What Will You Do? Design and implement high-availability (HA) PostgreSQL architectures. Define and implement replication, backup, and recovery strategies. Manage multi-node PostgreSQL environments and failover mechanisms. Administer and optimize the performance of critical databases. Implement connection management solutions using PgBouncer and PgPool\-II. Develop operational procedures and technical documentation. Implement monitoring and observability capabilities. Ensure platform security and availability. Automate deployments and infrastructure using Ansible and Terraform. Participate in the platform’s technological evolution and continuous improvement. Performance tuning and optimization. **PostgreSQL Replication Knowledge:** Streaming Replication. Synchronous and asynchronous replicas. Cascading Replication.
