2 hours ago 2 Years of Experience ### **Description** At Kelea, we continue to grow and are looking to bring on board a **People Development & Culture Specialist** to participate in a project focused on capability development, learning, and culture within a large technology organization. We seek a candidate with experience in **Learning & Development, Talent, or Employee Experience**, who is organized, proactive, enjoys coordinating projects, working with diverse stakeholders, and helping make people development initiatives happen. If you are looking for a project where you can continue growing in People Development and Organizational Transformation while participating in initiatives that have real impact on learning and people's experience, we would love to meet you. #### **What You’ll Do (and Enjoy Doing)** * You will coordinate execution of the **annual training plan**, tracking activities, timelines, and vendors. * You will participate in managing and evolving the organization’s **learning and development pathways**. * You will collaborate with managers and various departments to **identify development needs and emerging capabilities**. * You will help drive initiatives related to **feedback, professional development, culture, and engagement**. * You will participate in organizing and facilitating **workshops, sessions, and shared learning spaces**. * You will track **participation, satisfaction, and adoption metrics**, identifying opportunities for improvement. ### **Requirements** #### **What We’re Looking for in You** * Prior experience in areas such as **Learning & Development, Talent Development, Employee Experience, Culture, or Organizational Transformation**. * Experience participating in the **management and coordination of cross-functional projects or initiatives**. * Knowledge of designing and managing learning and development programs. * Strong **communication, organizational, and planning skills**. * An analytical mindset and orientation toward continuous improvement. . #### **Bonus Points If...** * You have previously worked in **technology or digital environments**. * You have experience with training platforms or Learning Management Systems. * You have participated in initiatives related to **engagement, culture, or change management**. * You have experience facilitating workshops or participatory activities. * You feel comfortable working with data and metrics to track initiatives. #### **What We Offer at Kelea?** * An outstanding work environment where your ideas are heard and valued. * Challenging and exciting projects with top-tier clients. * Opportunities for professional growth and continuous learning. * A training allowance to support your professional development, including master’s programs. * Intensive work schedule in July, August, and Christmas holidays. * Flexible Compensation Program with Cobee. * Hybrid work model: 2–3 days per week at the client’s office. * Remote work agreement with an annual financial support of €240. * Profit Sharing Program.
