You will join the *Labor Administration* department, working closely with the department head to ensure the entire labor cycle is managed efficiently and accurately. Your mission will be to guarantee smooth operational functioning, provide specialized support, and correctly implement the entire payroll process. **What would your main responsibilities be?** * Full payroll cycle management (payroll calculation and review, settlements, social security contributions, etc.). * Management of all social security-related aspects within the payroll cycle (RED System, SILTRA, CASIA, etc.). * Other labor and social security procedures (contract amendments, disabilities, maternity/paternity leave, retirements, etc.). * Management, calculation, and monitoring of absenteeism and FTEs. * Labor calendar management. * Responding to and resolving payroll-related inquiries. * Collaborating in the implementation of anti-harassment protocols and administrative handling of related cases and claims. * Collaborating in the design, implementation, and monitoring of the Equality Plan and LGBTIQ+ measures. * Supporting the management of disciplinary proceedings and monitoring of the sanctioning regime. * Actively supporting and collaborating in HR projects and processes related to personnel administration. **Why choose Veritas?** You will become part of a company transforming the organic food industry with values that respect the planet. * We are the first certified B-Corp food distribution chain in the EU.
