We are seeking an Oracle EPM Manager to join our financial transformation teams in Madrid. The selected candidate will lead implementation and evolution initiatives for Oracle Enterprise Performance Management solutions, collaborating with finance and technology teams to optimize planning, consolidation, financial reporting, and analytics processes. This position is based in Madrid under a hybrid work model—working some days remotely from home and others in the office, where you can build meaningful synergies with your team. Residency in Spain and valid work authorization in Spain are mandatory. **Mission** ---------- Responsible for leading and coordinating the implementation of Oracle EPM Cloud solutions, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, quality, and budget constraints, while aligning the implemented solution with business requirements. **Key Responsibilities** --------------------------------- * Lead and coordinate project execution, ensuring adherence to established milestones, deliverable quality, and commitments made to the client. * Manage project planning, identifying risks, dependencies, and potential deviations, and proposing corrective actions when necessary. * Serve as the primary point of contact for business and IT stakeholders, facilitating decision-making and ensuring smooth communication across all involved parties. * Oversee the accurate translation of client requirements into functional and technical solution design, ensuring adoption of Oracle EPM Cloud best practices and standards. * Coordinate functional and technical teams, managing priorities, resource allocation, and progress tracking across various workstreams. * Lead project steering and governance committees, preparing status reports and monitoring risks, issues, and action items. * Supervise testing, training, change management, and production deployment strategies, ensuring proper end-user adoption of the solution. * Review and approve project deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives and defined quality criteria. * Identify opportunities for improvement and optimization of financial and enterprise planning processes. **Competencies** ---------------- * Proven experience leading complex Oracle EPM Cloud implementation projects. * Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and coordinate stakeholders across organizational levels. * Results-oriented mindset, risk management capability, and problem-solving skills. * Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills. * Ability to operate effectively in complex environments with multiple concurrent initiatives. **Areas of Practice** ------------------------ * Financial and budgetary planning. * Financial consolidation. * Financial reporting and analytics. * Management control. * HR and workforce planning. * Finance transformation and Enterprise Performance Management. **Minimum Requirements** ---------------------- * Minimum 8 years of professional experience in Oracle EPM Cloud transformation and implementation projects. * Minimum 4 years of experience serving as Project Manager, Delivery Lead, or implementation lead in Oracle EPM Cloud projects. * Demonstrable end-to-end project management experience—including planning, financial tracking, risk management, and coordination of functional and technical teams. * Experience in international environments and managing business and technology stakeholders. * Oracle EPM Cloud certifications and/or project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum) are highly valued. * Availability and commitment aligned with project needs throughout all execution phases. **Benefits and Compensation** ------------------------------- At Accenture—a company recognized as a Great Place To Work®—we champion a hybrid work model that, powered by technology and our facilities, enables us to sustain the essential human connection needed to collaborate effectively with our teams and clients.
