We are seeking an Operational Analyst to work in Alcobendas under a hybrid model, participating in projects related to air defense systems and operational capability assessments in complex environments. What will you do? * Analyze operational scenarios and capabilities of air defense systems. * Participate in the development and evolution of Operational Concepts (CONOPS). * Evaluate the employment of defense systems and solutions across different operational contexts. * Collaborate in defining architectures and solutions for complex systems. * Support analysis, simulation, and capability evaluation activities. * Participate in preparing technical and operational documentation. * Collaborate with engineering, systems, and domain specialist teams. * Contribute to identifying operational needs and high-level requirements.
