




Job Summary: Responsible for supervising, organizing, and training the office team, ensuring cleanliness, order, and efficiency in kitchen and dining room operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Leads and supervises the office team to ensure efficient service. 2. Ensures high standards of cleanliness and maintenance in the kitchen. 3. Collaborates closely with the kitchen and dining room for smooth operations. **What will you do on a daily basis?** * Supervise and organize the office team’s work during service. * Ensure proper cleaning and disinfection of utensils, tableware, glassware, kitchen equipment, and kitchen areas. * Coordinate replenishment of clean supplies for the kitchen and dining room during service. * Monitor correct usage and maintenance of dishwashing machinery and office equipment. * Collaborate with the kitchen and dining room to ensure organized and efficient service. * Train and support the team in best practices for cleaning, organization, and safety. **What do we require from you?** * Proven experience in a similar role. Prior experience in luxury hotels and/or restaurants is highly desirable. * Experience in team management functions. * Solid computer skills, including proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook). * Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment. * Flexibility to work rotating shifts, night shifts, and weekends.
