Job Summary: We are seeking a nurse for a residential care facility, responsible for assessments, medication administration, palliative care, and support to residents and their families. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform nursing assessments and administer medications. 2. Provide palliative care and offer moral and psychological support. 3. Validate care plans with the interdisciplinary team. A nurse is required for a residential care facility in Alhaurín de la Torre (Málaga). Duties include conducting nursing assessments upon admission and periodically, preparing and administering medications according to prescriptions, and delivering palliative care using morphine and other medications. Also, validate care plans, wound care, nutrition, and pharmacology jointly with the interdisciplinary team; document resident progress in the medical record; and provide moral and psychological support to residents and their families. Additionally, supervise auxiliary staff and perform INR testing and dosage adjustments as prescribed by the physician. This is a temporary employment contract with an estimated duration of 120 days, full-time. Working hours are from Monday to Sunday on rotating shifts: 08:00–15:00 and 15:00–22:00, with two weekends off per month. The monthly gross salary is €2000, with extra payments prorated.
