Madrid, Spain \| Full time \| Field\-based \| R1560690 At IQVIA, we are seeking a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) for a project with a leading international company, aiming to advance the medical and scientific strategy for part of its portfolio at the national level. What will be your mission? You will serve as the scientific reference in your territory, developing strategic relationships with opinion leaders and healthcare professionals, contributing to the generation of scientific knowledge and supporting the launch and development of new therapies. * Develop high\-level scientific relationships with KOLs, specialists, and other key stakeholders. * Lead scientific dialogue in pre\-launch and launch projects for new products. * Gather medical insights and internally relay them to contribute to the company’s strategy. * Participate in congresses, advisory boards, scientific meetings, and expert collaboration projects. * Collaborate closely with Medical Affairs, Marketing, Market Access, Clinical Operations, and Commercial teams. * Provide scientific and medical support to healthcare professionals, scientific associations, and other relevant stakeholders. * Support clinical research activities and investigator\-initiated studies. Territory and organization * Work area: National. * Base / residence: Madrid. ‍ ️‍ ️ What profile are we looking for? * Degree in Health Sciences, Biomedicine, Pharmacy, Medicine, or related field. A PhD or MD is highly desirable. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably within Medical Affairs. * Experience as an MSL, Medical Advisor, or in similar medical\-scientific roles is preferred. * Excellent communication, influence, and strategic relationship\-building skills. * Ability to work autonomously, manage priorities, and collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary environments. * High proficiency in English and Spanish. * Willingness and ability to travel frequently.
