




Job Summary: We are seeking personnel for a metal workshop to perform assembly, fitting, cutting, and finishing of parts, with personalized training and rotating shifts. Key Highlights: 1. Personalized training and rotating shifts We are seeking personnel for a metal workshop in Cubas de la Sagra. Tasks include assembly and fitting using hand tools (drill, threader, riveter), cutting, spot welding, and deburring of parts, as well as sanding, finishing with angle grinders, and final inspection to ensure high-quality finishing. A one-month temporary contract is offered through a temporary employment agency, followed by six-month contracts until permanent placement is possible. The salary is EUR 12.37 gross per hour, approximately EUR 1,950 gross per month. During the first two or three weeks, fixed morning shifts are scheduled to provide personalized training. Afterwards, weekly rotating shifts apply from Monday to Friday: morning shift from 7:00 to 15:00 and afternoon shift from 14:45 to 22:45. Experience in proficient handling of hand tools and assembly or workshop tasks is required; familiarity with angle grinders is considered a plus. Candidates must be active, energetic, and capable of working autonomously. Residency in the southern area of Madrid and possession of a personal vehicle for commuting to the workplace are mandatory. * Prior experience of at least 1 year in workshops performing the above-mentioned duties. * Personal vehicle (MANDATORY). No public transport access available. * Immediate availability to start. * Metalworking or ferrous metallurgy training course is desirable.
