The position focuses on comprehensive building maintenance at the Fuencarral and Torrejón centers. Tasks include preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems, as well as support in general facility management and infrastructure preservation. Rapid response to incidents is required to minimize downtime. Professional training in electricity (intermediate or higher vocational qualification) is required for this position, along with basic knowledge of plumbing and HVAC systems, prior experience in building maintenance, a valid Class B driving license, and the ability to work effectively in a team. Technological tools such as tablets are used for work order management. A full-time schedule of 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday, with an indefinite-term contract is offered. This role contributes to maintaining operational continuity and quality of facilities. Intermediate or higher vocational qualification in Electricity. Basic knowledge of plumbing and HVAC systems. Prior experience in a similar position. Tablet operation proficiency. Class B driving license. Ability to work in a team.
