We are seeking a maintenance technician for an industrial plant in Vilafranca del Penedès. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the continuous operational readiness of the facility by implementing preventive and corrective maintenance plans. They will intervene in electrical systems, motors, and automation systems to diagnose and repair faults, as well as perform periodic inspections on critical equipment to minimize unplanned downtime. They will collaborate with other departments to coordinate activities and document interventions, always complying with safety regulations. Strong analytical ability and a methodical approach to independently solving problems are essential. A permanent employment contract is offered starting from day one, with an annual gross salary ranging between €28,000 and €35,000 depending on experience. Working hours may be either a fixed mid-shift schedule or rotating morning and afternoon shifts, to be agreed upon. This position offers job stability and opportunities for technical development within an established industrial environment. Vocational training at intermediate level (Ciclo Formativo de Grado Medio) in Electricity, Electromechanics, or related disciplines is required. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in industrial electrical maintenance is required, preferably in continuous production environments. Solid knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems is essential. Strong analytical capability for accurate diagnostics, autonomy in resolving complex faults, and a high sense of responsibility are required. Experience in extrusion or continuous production lines is considered an advantage.
