We are seeking **Maintenance Technicians** to join the team of a newly constructed residential facility, soon to open. Initially, the selected candidate will participate in assembling and installing furniture in rooms and common areas to prepare the facility for opening. After opening, they will assume the core responsibilities of the position, performing both preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities to ensure proper operation. Responsibilities * Assembling and installing furniture in rooms and common areas. * Supporting preparatory setup work prior to the facility's opening. * Performing preventive maintenance on facilities. * Carrying out repairs and corrective maintenance. * Monitoring the general condition of facilities, equipment, and furniture. * Resolving incidents related to electricity, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and other general maintenance tasks. * Collaborating with suppliers and external companies when necessary. Requirements * Prior experience in maintenance of buildings, hotels, residential facilities, hospitals, or similar installations. * General knowledge of electricity, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and minor repairs. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Training related to facility maintenance is an advantage. Offer * **Permanent contract** from the start. * **Full-time position.** * **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, **08:00 to 18:00**, including **30 minutes for lunch break** and **1 hour for meal break**. * Opportunity to join a new opening project with job stability.
