The main objectives of this position are to identify and rectify electromechanical failures in the industrial machinery at the production plant. Efforts must be made to prevent breakdowns and unplanned stoppages to achieve maximum operational efficiency. Your key responsibilities will include: \- Supervision and maintenance of industrial plant equipment, ensuring proper operation through preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities. \- Collaboration with the production team to identify best operational practices and share guidelines to avoid incidents and production stoppages. \- Fault detection and resolution. \- Development and improvement of work procedures, preparation of failure reports, documentation of interventions performed, and updating shared documents. \- Joint collaboration with external companies to carry out assigned tasks. \- Promotion of proper use of machinery and facilities. Minimum requirements: \- We seek a candidate with prior knowledge/experience in industrial environments, possessing a proactive, solution-oriented, and communicative attitude toward various stakeholders on a daily basis. To qualify, you must meet the following requirements: \- Vocational training qualification (CFGM / CFGS) in Industrial Maintenance or equivalent. \- Experience in an industrial environment. \- Availability to work rotating shifts. Specialty: \- Maintenance and Production Support Services. Working hours: \- Rotating shifts Monday to Saturday (morning, afternoon, night). Salary: €28,000.00–€34,000.00 per year. Work location: On-site employment.
