Job Summary: We are seeking a general maintenance staff member for a hotel in Málaga City Center, responsible for incident management, electrical work, masonry, painting, and plumbing. Key Highlights: 1. General facility maintenance and incident management. 2. Various tasks: electricity, masonry, painting, and plumbing. 3. Full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, morning shift. We need maintenance personnel for a hotel located in Málaga City Center. Main responsibilities include general facility maintenance, incident and fault management, as well as electrical, masonry, painting, and plumbing work. Other duties inherent to the position are also required. Working hours are full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, morning shift. The schedule runs from 08:00 to 18:00, with breaks established by law. * Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position. * We seek a responsible and proactive individual. * Proximity to the workplace or personal vehicle is desirable. * Completed compulsory secondary education (ESO). \- Job-related training.
