DESCRIPTION **Maintenance Technician** Leonardo Hotels, the European division of Fattal Hotels, with over 200 hotels across Europe, Great Britain, and Israel, is continuously expanding. Within our diverse and outgoing team—the Leonardo Family—we value your motivation, your opinions, and your ideas. **Responsibilities** * Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance of hotel facilities and equipment (HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, etc.) * Diagnose and repair malfunctions in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other equipment systems * Document performed maintenance activities and report them to the Maintenance Manager * Follow management and quality indicators * Record preventive actions carried out * Support activities conducted by external contractors * Use and maintain assigned materials responsibly; manage tool and spare parts inventory * Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and risk prevention standards REQUIREMENTS **Minimum Requirements** * Minimum of 2 years’ experience in maintenance within hotels, buildings, or similar environments * Technical training in electricity, plumbing, HVAC, or related fields * Proactive attitude and problem-solving orientation * Knowledge of occupational risk prevention and safety regulations * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team * Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays * Legionella certification highly valued * Job stability and opportunities for professional growth.
