**Your responsibilities will include:**
* Developing and implementing preventive and corrective maintenance plans for all hotel facilities and equipment, ensuring optimal performance and extending their useful life.
* Conducting periodic audits to identify and resolve technical issues, minimizing impact on hotel operations.
* Verifying proper operation of plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems, ensuring energy efficiency and regulatory compliance.
* Organizing all maintenance, repair, and installation activities, prioritizing tasks based on needs and available resources.
* Coordinating and supervising the maintenance team—assigning tasks, setting priorities, and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
* Managing spare parts and materials inventory, ensuring resource availability and placing orders when necessary.
* Administering the department’s budget—optimizing resources and controlling costs to maintain operational efficiency.
* Managing relationships with external suppliers and contractors, ensuring service quality and adherence to agreed timelines.
* Maintaining detailed records of maintenance activities and preparing periodic reports on facility status.
* Responding effectively to maintenance-related emergencies, minimizing impact on hotel operations and guest satisfaction.
* Ensuring all operations comply with occupational safety and risk prevention standards.
* Promoting energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives, driving continuous improvement in processes and hotel infrastructure.

**Requirements:**
Education: Technical or Higher Engineering degree in Mechanics, Electricity, Electronics, or related fields. However, proven experience in similar roles—even without the specified qualification—will be positively considered.
* Experience: Minimum 5 years in maintenance management positions within 4- or 5-star hotels or large-scale facilities, including team leadership.
* Technical knowledge: Experience in hotel facility maintenance, including electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and HVAC systems.
* Digital competencies: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
* Availability to cover an interim contract.

Salary: €28,000.00–€32,000.00 per year
