Efficient organization and management of cleaning processes ***TOP TOURIST*** requires immediate incorporation of a ***SEASONAL CLEANING POSITION*** into the team for the establishment. This is a spring-season reinforcement with continuity throughout the summer season. We seek individuals who can effectively carry out their duties within time constraints and demonstrate strong teamwork skills. Key responsibilities include: ***Cleaning Processes*** * Assessing the cleanliness status of Mobil Homes (bungalows) * Managing cleaning timeframes based on the level of dirtiness in Mobil Homes (bungalows) * Ensuring proper cleaning readiness for check-in in Mobil Homes (bungalows) * Attention to detail throughout the cleaning process * Time management and resource allocation for cleaning common areas of the campsite * Proper handling and application of cleaning products according to surface types * Reporting any incidents arising within the department * Appropriate treatment and communication with customers ***Cleaning Department Organization Processes*** * Organizing the cleaning department * Monitoring minimum stock levels and managing purchase orders with the procurement manager * Preparing cleaning products and auxiliary cleaning tools before each shift * Organizing Mobil Home (bungalow) furnishings to ensure efficient laundry service management * Efficient management of consumable resources ***Requirements*** **Minimum Qualification:** Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO/EGB) **Experience:** 1–2 years **Professional Category:** Employee **Residence:** Spain \- Proximity to the workplace will be considered favorably \- Personal vehicle with valid driver's license is mandatory / Autonomous mobility (e.g., electric scooter, motorcycle, or similar) \- Flexible working hours \- Minimum 1 year’s experience in campsites or hotels (prior campsite experience preferred) \- Secondary experience in vacation rentals (organized by company, not self-employed) \- Domestic cleaning (not managed by a company) will not be considered valid experience \- Teamwork experience will be positively valued \- Training courses in product management and handling will be positively valued \- Organizational skills for both tasks and departmental operations are required \- Ability to work well in a team and foster a positive work environment \- Flexibility and positive attitude Type of position: Fixed-term intermittent contract Contract duration: 6 months Salary: €16,800.00–€17,400.00 per year Benefits: * Flexible working hours Possibility of relocation/moving: * 03724 Moraira, Alicante province: Commute to work without difficulty or plan relocation prior to starting employment (Mandatory) Education: * High school diploma (Desirable) Experience: * Cleaning: 1 year (Mandatory) Language: * Spanish (Mandatory) License/Certification: * Driver's License B (Mandatory) Work location: On-site employment
