Present in 12 countries, we specialize in the investment, design, construction, and management of large-scale projects across sectors such as **Concessions, Energy, Infrastructure, and Real Estate**. Your **responsibilities** will include: * Managing the entire employee lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, settlement calculations (finiquitos), Social Security variations (RED), and contract notifications (Contrat@). * Supervising and keeping digital personnel files up to date, ensuring process tracking (renewals, settlements, separations). * Monitoring working hours records, managing absences, vacations, and processing IT/AT incident reports. * Payroll Calculation: Execute the complete payroll preparation process, ensuring correct application of salary components, tax withholdings, and incentives. * Disciplinary Procedures: Apply and monitor internal regulations and applicable collective bargaining agreements across all work centers. * Labor inspections. * Sanctions. * Preliminary staffing studies prior to service awarding. * Overall personnel control for assigned services. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Labor Relations or equivalent. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role. * Conflict resolution skills and service orientation. * Proficiency in IT tools and HR systems. * A Master’s degree in Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) will be valued. **What We Offer** * Permanent contract, competitive salary, and social benefits. * Join a large, expanding, and growing company. * Integration into a highly qualified, innovative, and dynamic team with a positive working environment. * Specialized training and professional development.
