As a Kitchen Prep/Assembly Operator, your role will be diverse, depending on the department you work in. Your responsibilities will include: * Diligently follow operational procedures to ensure smooth operations * Keep your work area clean and safe for yourself and your colleagues * Maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, health, and safety * Report incidents promptly and take necessary preventive measures * Communicate effectively with team members to ensure teamwork * Perform various preparation tasks for materials required for our operations, such as washing, sorting, assembling, packing, and placing equipment * Seal materials and flight carts while accurately recording numbers * Receive, handle, and store incoming products while managing inventory effectively * Assist with truck loading/unloading, restocking shelves, and equipment/food replenishment * Conduct inventory counts to maintain accurate stock levels **Requirements** * Minimum 1 year of experience in catering or production lines is desirable * Food handler’s certificate is desirable * Availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night) from Monday to Sunday * Immediate availability to start * Experience working in dynamic and changing environments **Additional Information** We believe our employees are the driving force behind our success and strive to create a positive and supportive work environment.
