We are looking for a responsible, dynamic, and motivated individual to join our hotel's kitchen team during the season. The selected candidate will support basic kitchen tasks and be responsible for washing and maintaining tableware, utensils, and work areas, contributing to the smooth operation of the service. Main responsibilities * Washing of dishes, glassware, cutlery, utensils, and kitchen machinery. * Cleaning and maintenance of the kitchen area and work zones, complying with food hygiene and safety standards. * Assistance in food preparation (washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables; preparing ingredients; and other basic tasks). * Receiving, organizing, and storing goods when necessary. * Waste management and maintaining order in the facilities. * Collaboration with the kitchen team to ensure agile and efficient service. * Compliance with occupational risk prevention regulations and adherence to hygiene protocols and food safety regulations (HACCP). Requirements * Prior experience as a kitchen assistant or dishwasher is valued, preferably in hotels, restaurants, or catering establishments. * Ability to work effectively as part of a team and under pressure during peak activity periods. * Proactive attitude, responsibility, and commitment. * Availability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.
