Continuous training: we invest in and promote your talent. **Your daily routine will sound like this…** * Ensure achievement of departmental objectives and compliance with critical processes and service execution within the area, according to hotel-established standards. * Verify the quality of ingredients used for dish preparation. * Plan preparations in advance to execute service as efficiently as possible. * Clean, peel, and cut food items for side dish preparation. * Prepare simple dishes following technical specifications, verifying ingredient quality and adhering to the organization’s presentation standards. * Support the Chef in dish preparation and cooking to guarantee high-quality final output. * Assist in buffet setup, maintenance, and breakdown. * Clean your station, worktable, and leave the kitchen clean and ready for the next service. * Store received products appropriately, ensuring cold chain integrity. * Place and organize food items in refrigerated chambers and clean them to ensure hygiene and product preservation conditions. * Ensure proper use of kitchen equipment, inspecting and monitoring for any issues and reporting them if they arise. * Assist in compiling the list of depleted products. * Perform other duties within your scope of competence as assigned by your direct supervisor. * Comply with organizational standards regarding quality, safety and health, environmental protection, and data privacy. **Requirements:** --------------- **You’re ideal for this role if…** Vocational Training Level I\-II / Intermediate or Advanced Degree in Culinary Arts and Gastronomy.
