Manages inventory and receives goods The La Musa Group is looking for a MALE/FEMALE KITCHEN ASSISTANT for our RESTAURANTE OJALA BEACH in Madrid. Key duties include: - Performing tasks assigned by the kitchen management team. - Handling the restaurant’s culinary production in accordance with technical specifications. - Ensuring service delivery and raw material control for such production. - Guaranteeing consistent product quality (taste, aesthetics, and hygiene) for items sold. - Being responsible for kitchen cleanliness in compliance with current regulations, together with the office team. - Managing raw material inventory (supplies, stock rotation). - Receiving and storing goods. - Performing any tasks related to the smooth operation of the establishment (e.g., closing the premises, receiving suppliers, daily routine tasks aimed at broadening the scope of responsibilities over time, etc.).
