At Grupo PROEDUCA, a leading educational group in online higher education, we are seeking to hire a **Junior Strategic Projects Analyst** for our Strategic Projects team to support the definition, monitoring, and implementation of key initiatives for the company.
This position combines business analysis, cross-functional coordination, and hands-on execution, working closely with executive teams and various organizational departments. It is an opportunity to gain a broad understanding of the business, develop strategic judgment, and contribute to high-impact projects from an early stage in your career.
**What will you do on a day-to-day basis?**
* Participate in strategic projects, combining business analysis, problem structuring, and practical execution.
* Monitor cross-functional initiatives, coordinating progress, risks, next steps, and inter-departmental dependencies.
* Prepare analyses, presentations, dashboards, and materials to support decision-making by executive teams.
* Support the implementation of the project governance model: planning, milestone tracking, committee preparation, reporting, and risk escalation.
* Organize complex information, identify issues, and translate ideas into concrete action plans.
* Engage hands-on in projects requiring direct involvement, helping unblock challenges and accelerate execution.
* Collaborate on special initiatives led by senior management, working cross-functionally across various organizational departments.
**What are we looking for?**
* University degree in Engineering, Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, or related fields.
* 1–3 years of prior experience in consulting, M&A, transformation, PMO, strategy, operations, or similar corporate functions.
* Analytical mindset, ability to structure problems, and skill in transforming complex information into clear conclusions.
* Ability to work autonomously, exercise sound judgment, and maintain attention to detail in dynamic environments.
* Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
* Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills when working with diverse teams.
* Proactive, solution-oriented, flexible profile with strong motivation to learn through real strategic projects.
