Requirements * Passion for sales and customer service. * Organizational skills and a solution-oriented attitude. * Proactivity, optimism, and eagerness to learn. * Experience working with goals and KPIs. * Minimum 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles (in-person/telephone/cross-selling retail or commercial advisory/sales, etc.). * Advanced office software proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, CRM, etc.). * Administrative/Back-Office management. * Willingness to work at any Bluespace center located in southern Madrid: Leganés, Móstoles, Vallecas, or Antonio López. * Personal vehicle.
