We are seeking a **Junior Operations Technician** (with or without experience) for the maritime-air traffic department of a food export company, with strong motivation to learn and develop within a positive work environment focused on continuous improvement and teamwork. **Profile:** \- Proactive, engaged, and initiative-driven individual. · Versatile in performing multiple tasks simultaneously and capable of learning new things quickly. · Higher Vocational Training Cycle in International Trade, Transport, or demonstrable education/experience related to the sector. · Customer orientation and commitment to operational excellence. · Dynamic individual with strong work capacity, proactive attitude, business vision, problem-solving skills, and customer focus. **Main Responsibilities:** · Administrative responsibilities related to the company’s operations services, including administrative control and follow-up of documentation for each project. · Operational execution and monitoring of exports, from cargo pickup at the client’s facility to final delivery at destination. · Communication with suppliers. · Invoicing and follow-up. · Documentation registration. \- Sourcing of new products. \- Organization and coordination of international transport and export services. \- Arrangement of required transport services at each stage, according to received instructions. \- Coordination and control of client goods throughout all transport stages until final delivery, including invoicing and cost provision. \- Cargo tracking, customs clearance, coordination, invoicing, and cost provision. \- Quotations. \- Commercial documents, transport documents, INCOTERMS, customs procedures, etc. **Working Hours:** \- 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday \- English proficiency is valued (B1, B2) \- Valid driver’s license Employment Type: Permanent contract Salary: €17,000.00–€18,000.00 per year Work Location: On-site employment
