




Job Summary: We are seeking an IT support technician to install and resolve software and hardware issues, configure and set up equipment, and provide technical support. Key Highlights: 1. Telephone and on-site technical support We are looking for an IT support technician for a TIC services company in Figueres. Responsibilities include installing and resolving software issues both on-site and remotely, managing hardware incidents, transporting and preparing computer equipment, configuring and setting up equipment, providing telephone technical support to other technicians, and assisting with videoconferences. A gross hourly salary of €9.61 (approximately €1,600 gross per month) is offered, with a temporary replacement contract. Working hours are either 8:00–16:00 or 12:00–20:00, on rotating shifts.
