Description
**We are looking for an IT Maintenance Technician to join the Information Technologies department.**
**Responsibilities**:
* On-site technical support: user assistance, diagnosis, and resolution of hardware, software, connectivity, and peripheral incidents.
* First- and second-level on-site point of contact for headquarters users.
* Management and updating of IT asset inventory (equipment, licenses, and peripherals).
* Preventive and corrective maintenance of computers, printers, audiovisual systems, and network infrastructure.
* Register, classify, prioritize, and resolve incidents using ticketing tools.
* Track the lifecycle of service requests, closure, and collection of quality indicators.
* Collaborate in preparing support reports and defining indicators (KPIs), as well as in continuous process improvement and technical documentation.
* Administer and monitor the local network, and manage users and devices in directory environments (Active Directory / Azure AD).
* Participate in software deployments, system updates, and technology renewal projects.
* Ensure compliance with information security policies (backups, antivirus, encryption, and access management).
* Deliver basic training on corporate tools and escalate incidents to higher support levels when necessary.
**Requirements:**
* Higher Vocational Training Degree in Network Systems Administration, Microcomputer Systems and Networks, or equivalent.
* Prior experience in a similar role is desirable.

* Full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday), with intensive summer hours (35 hours) and the possibility of covering two Saturdays per month as on-call duty, depending on headquarters needs.
