Join us in pursuing solutions for a sustainable future.** ACCIONA, within its CONSTRUCTION business line, requires an Installation Technician for a major building project in A Coruña.**Job Description** Mission: Execute assigned project components within their unit/department, in accordance with established procedures, to help meet scheduled deadlines and coordinate necessary resources (human and material), while driving significant improvements to the project. They are responsible for executing construction contracts. They plan, optimize, and supervise resource utilization to ensure construction works are completed on time, according to specifications, and within budget. Among their most common responsibilities are: managing contracts and obtaining required permits and licenses; preparing budget estimates; planning and defining construction phases; supervising subcontractors’ and subordinate or labor staff’s activities; verifying progress achieved and work quality throughout all project phases; representing the company in relevant matters, etc. Responsibilities: Will be responsible for the execution and management of installations, in accordance with the project, its timelines, technical requirements, and established internal procedures, under the guidance of the Site Manager. **Candidate Requirements** * Education: Industrial Engineer * 10 years of experience in building construction projects. * Computer skills: Microsoft Office suite, work scheduling, AutoCAD, etc. * Geographic availability * Skills: Teamwork, leadership and team management, decision-making ability. *We are a company that values diversity as a source of talent and therefore strive to foster an inclusive environment promoting respect, belonging, and commitment so that everyone can participate on equal footing.
