As an Industrial Painter, your main responsibility will be surface preparation and painting in an industrial environment. You will sand, mask, and apply primers onto vehicle bodies and metal parts, using single-layer and two-layer painting techniques. Additionally, you will perform finishing touches and corrections to address defects caused by cement or fiberglass, operating suction spray guns, sanders, and other specialized equipment. Demonstrable experience in industrial painting is essential—ideally between 3 and 5 years—and you must hold a Medium-Level Vocational Training qualification in Bodywork. The starting gross annual salary is competitive—approximately 33\.000 euros, including allowances—with a career development plan enabling automatic category and salary increases up to 36\.660 euros. Over a 4-week cycle, you will work 2 weeks on the morning shift (06:00\-14:00\), 1 week on the night shift (22:00\-06:00\), and 1 week on the afternoon shift (14:00\-22:00\). This rotation allows variation in your work rhythm and adaptation to production needs.
