Industrial Operator with Line Maintenance

Description

The Industrial Operator with Line Maintenance position involves supervising and controlling the production line in a continuous process environment. Key responsibilities include monitoring the process, adjusting production parameters, and performing first-level maintenance—both preventive and corrective. Technical interventions are required for incidents such as system reset, sensor replacement, and repair of simple pneumatic leaks. The operator must act swiftly to avoid unplanned stoppages, ensuring operational continuity of the assigned section during the shift. Additionally, the operator is responsible for applying occupational health and safety regulations, quality standards, and maintaining order and cleanliness according to the 5S methodology. The candidate will work within a production team and report to the section supervisor, at an industrial plant located in the Romica Industrial Park in Albacete. Prior experience in automated environments and forklift operation will be valued. The working schedule is full-time on rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night), with a fifth rest shift. The contract is permanent with immediate start. The work environment is collaborative, and the plant features advanced technology. Candidates must reside in Albacete or nearby areas and have their own vehicle for commuting. Desired qualifications include vocational training in electromechanics, industrial maintenance, electricity, or machining (Intermediate or Higher Vocational Training). Minimum required experience is 3 years in continuous processes. A permanent contract with immediate start is offered. Full-time rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night) including a fifth rest shift. Work in a plant equipped with advanced technology and a collaborative environment.
