HVAC Maintenance Technician

We continue growing and expanding our team! Caliqua, S.A. is seeking personnel to join its HVAC maintenance team. Caliqua is a company based in Madrid for 70 years, specializing in the installation and maintenance of HVAC systems. We carry out designs, projects, installations, and maintenance of climate control systems, plumbing, electrical systems, fire protection systems, superheated water, steam, liquid fuels, gaseous fuels, and thermal fluids. Our program is tailored to the needs of each facility, and all operations are always performed in accordance with current regulations. Our staff possesses top-tier sector knowledge and techniques, receiving periodic training courses to ensure continuous technical updating aligned with industry demands. **Main responsibilities:** \- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on climate control systems. \- Resolve incidents and malfunctions arising during maintenance. \- Complete required records and documentation to evidence maintenance tasks. \- Repair malfunctions, inspect, and commission units and equipment. \- Carry out protocols, analyses, and diagnostics of malfunctions. **What we offer:** ✔︎Continuous training fully covered by the company. ✔︎Employee discount app offering deals on brands, services, and experiences. ✔︎Salary commensurate with experience. ✔︎Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 08:00–17:00, with one hour for lunch; Friday, 08:00–15:00\. **Requirements:** ✔︎RITE certification (valued). ✔︎Relevant sector experience (valued). ✔︎Valid driver's license.
