### **Responsibilities**
* Define, design, and implement the company's overall HR strategy aligned with its business objectives.
* Lead recruitment, training and development, compensation and benefits, labor relations, and organizational culture functions.
* Manage and develop internal talent by driving career planning, succession planning, and professional development initiatives.
* Supervise recruitment processes and employer branding initiatives to attract and retain top talent.
* Define and review the organization’s compensation and benefits policies.
* Ensure compliance with current labor legislation and internal policies.
* Manage labor relations with employees, works councils, and legal representatives.
* Lead organizational change processes and cultural transformation initiatives.
* Promote workplace climate, employee engagement, and corporate culture initiatives.
* Analyze HR KPIs and metrics to support strategic decision-making.
* Advise the Executive Committee on people, organizational, and business development matters.
* Lead and develop the HR team.
### **Requirements**
* University degree in Labor Relations, Psychology, Business Administration and Management (ADE), or equivalent.
* A Master’s degree in HR Management, an MBA, or equivalent postgraduate qualification is desirable.
* Minimum of 8 years’ experience in HR roles.
* Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in HR leadership or managerial positions.
* Solid knowledge of labor legislation and labor relations.
* Experience managing teams and leading people.
* Experience designing and implementing talent management and organizational development strategies.
* Ability to lead change processes and cultural transformation.
* Advanced level of English (B2\-C1\).
* Strategic mindset, leadership skills, influence capability, and results orientation.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
