Requires knowledge of regulatory frameworks and advanced proficiency in Office and SAP We are seeking an administrative professional to manage human resources for a cleaning contract with local entities of the Bilbao City Council. Main responsibilities include calculating and issuing payroll, drafting and modifying employment contracts, and managing registrations, cancellations, and modifications in Social Security. The role also involves processing temporary disability reports and managing workplace accidents, including referral to medical services. The position entails overseeing delegated payments to mutual insurance companies and generating absenteeism reports, certificates of occupational risk during pregnancy or paternity, and aggregated data for UTEs (Temporary Business Associations). Additionally, all documentation must be archived in the company’s document management system. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and up-to-date knowledge of current labor regulations, ensuring accuracy across all administrative processes within the HR department—always in compliance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement and Spanish legislation. Academic qualifications required include a Social Graduate degree and/or a Higher Vocational Training qualification in Administration. Alternatively, proven experience in HR administration will be positively considered. A minimum of one year’s experience in similar roles is essential, preferably within HR administration departments or payroll management teams. Essential IT skills include advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite—particularly intermediate-to-advanced Excel—and advanced expertise in SAP, especially the SAP Incorpora module. Regarding languages, native-level fluency in Spanish is mandatory; knowledge of Basque at B1 level or higher is desirable.
