




Job Summary: An opportunity to join the Guest Service team, assisting in the personalized welcome, stay monitoring, and farewell of VIP and repeat guests, creating exclusive experiences and fostering long-term relationships. Fostering long-term relationships with guests **You will have the opportunity to join the Guest Service team and assist with the following tasks:** * Welcoming and providing personalized assistance to VIP and repeat guests. * Monitoring guest stays to ensure a satisfactory experience. * Organizing special amenities based on guest celebrations or preferences. * Providing personalized farewells to VIP and repeat guests (in person). * Communicating with other departments (restaurants, spa, concierge, reservations) to coordinate special services. * Creating exclusive experiences (WOW's) for guests. * Fostering long-term relationships with repeat guests and VIP customers. * Managing customer databases to personalize future visits. * Representing the hotel and supporting department expansion. * Assisting in organizing internal events for VIP customers, such as cocktail receptions or exclusive in-hotel experiences. * Knowledge of tourist information about Marbella and its surroundings. * Acting as an ambassador in the lobby, coordinating guest arrivals when necessary. * Awareness of all events taking place at the hotel. * In-depth knowledge of the operational procedures across the hotel’s various points of sale. * Introduction to Forbes and LQA standards, learning their application in guest experience and service excellence. * Supporting guest welcome activities at the hotel entrance when required. * Assisting the Front Desk / Concierge team with customer service-related tasks. * Availability to work rotating shifts, including morning and afternoon shifts. **Requirements:** * Opera * Fluent Spanish and English Locations Marbella Club Hotel
