Our work goes beyond simply ensuring smooth check\-in and check\-out for our guests. First and foremost, we must create a unique and memorable experience. Our Guest Experience Experts take the initiative to offer a wide range of services that guide guests throughout their stay. They are empowered to move freely within their space and do what is necessary. Whether handling operational needs, responding to guest requests, preparing reports, sharing local highlights, or assisting guests with vehicle loading/unloading and transporting luggage between guest rooms and/or the bell stand, the Guest Experience Expert ensures every transaction feels like part of the experience.
Regardless of your role, certain fundamentals are essential to success \- creating a safe workplace, adhering to company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality, protecting company assets, upholding quality standards, and ensuring your uniform, personal appearance, and communications remain professional. The Guest Experience Expert role requires being on your feet and moving (standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods; navigating narrow, confined, or elevated spaces; and climbing stairs and/or service ramps), as well as hands\-on involvement (moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 50 pounds (22.7 kg) unassisted and up to 100 pounds (45.5 kg) with assistance; reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and squatting). It is essential that Guest Experience Experts perform all these tasks flawlessly (and any other reasonable task assigned to them) \- thus ensuring guest satisfaction and continued business success.
