Our work goes beyond simply providing guests with seamless check-in and check-out processes. Above all, we must create a unique and memorable experience. Our Guest Experience Experts proactively deliver a wide range of services that guide guests throughout their stay. They are empowered to move freely within their space and take initiative where needed. Whether handling operational tasks, responding to guest requests, preparing reports, sharing local highlights, or assisting guests with vehicle loading/unloading and transporting luggage between guest rooms and/or the bell stand, the Guest Experience Expert ensures every transaction feels like an integral part of the guest experience.
Regardless of your role, certain fundamentals are essential for success \- creating a safe workplace, adhering to company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality, protecting company assets, upholding quality standards, and ensuring your uniform, personal appearance, and communications remain professional. The Guest Experience Expert role requires being on your feet and moving constantly (standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods; navigating narrow, confined, or elevated spaces; and climbing stairs and/or service ramps), as well as hands-on involvement (moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 50 pounds (22.7 kg) unassisted and up to 100 pounds (45.5 kg) with assistance; reaching overhead and below knee level, including bending, twisting, pulling, and squatting). It is essential that Guest Experience Experts perform all these tasks flawlessly (and any other reasonable task assigned) \- ensuring our guests remain consistently satisfied and our business continues to thrive.
