A professional responsible for advising on and marketing banking products and services to achieve established commercial goals. They will advise on specific savings and investment products, anticipating customers' current and future needs. They will work collaboratively to achieve shared objectives, promote sound commercial practices, and deliver excellent customer service aligned with the institution's new business model. This position requires a proactive attitude and the ability to identify opportunities for service improvement. Additionally, they will collaborate in developing commercial strategies and participate in continuous training to stay updated on products and regulations. The work environment is dynamic and collaborative, focused on excellence and customer satisfaction. They are expected to contribute to business growth through customer acquisition and retention, as well as portfolio management. They will also participate in commercial campaigns and promotional events.
Effective communication and active listening are essential to understand customer needs and provide customized solutions. Moreover, they must maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions, complying with internal procedures and legal regulations. The role involves varied workloads and the need to adapt to market changes. Continuous learning and initiative to improve processes are encouraged. Working hours are 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 to 15:00, plus one afternoon per week.
Direct indefinite-term contract with full-time, on-site employment. Completed university degree in Business Administration and Management, master's or postgraduate degree, or Higher Vocational Training in Administration and Finance or similar field. Proficiency in spoken and written English is valued, as well as knowledge of other languages.
