Job Summary: Provide comprehensive and person-centered care, enhancing prevention and recreational activities to improve users' quality of life. Key Points: 1. Person-Centered Care: Enhancing prevention and recreational functions to improve the quality of life of those served, maintaining their functional, psychological, and social abilities to the greatest extent possible. Strengthen all three areas—social, psychological, and functional—to improve quality of life. Monitor all incidents, symptoms, and issues affecting residents and communicate them, as appropriate, to the interdisciplinary team in writing or orally, according to need. • Assist users with getting up, dressing, and undressing. • Assist users with personal hygiene during bathing, and maintenance and care of their assistive devices (prostheses, orthoses, wheelchairs, walkers, canes, etc.). • Administer food to dependent individuals served and assist others in tasks they cannot perform independently. • Assist users with mobility. Motivate users through participation in various activities (recreation, workshops and activities, rehabilitation, and occupational therapy). • Stimulate and exercise users' capabilities to delay deterioration and enhance personal autonomy. • Listen attentively to individuals and detect potential unexpressed problems. • Support users by providing necessary conditions and care so they feel at home in a pleasant and familiar environment. • Promote human, social, and interpersonal relationships among residents * Dependency care * Competencies / Knowledge: Communication skills, values, teamwork, empathy, and respectful treatment. * Temporary employment contract (1 month) * Part-time evening shift (5 hours \- daily shift) * Gross monthly salary 900
