We are seeking a geriatrics assistant. We require a candidate with a strong service orientation, patience, and empathy towards our residents. Key responsibilities include assistance with hygiene, mobility, feeding, and emotional support, ensuring the physical and psychological well-being of elderly individuals, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team. We need a part-time candidate for morning shifts. Direct assistance: Personal hygiene, diaper changing, medication administration, dressing and grooming. * Minimum 1 year of experience caring for elderly persons in a geriatric residence, including assistance with showering, shaving, oral hygiene, escorting to the bathroom, helping residents get out of bed, and dressing residents. * PROFESSIONAL SPECIALIZATION QUALIFICATION * Catalan (spoken advanced, written advanced) * Spanish (spoken advanced, written advanced) * Competencies / knowledge: Must hold at minimum a qualification issued by the Generalitat for the course on care for dependent elderly persons. * Temporary employment contract (3 months) * Full-time schedule * Gross monthly salary ranging from '1300' to '1400' * Additional relevant information: After the temporary contract period, and subject to performance, the position may be converted to a permanent contract.
