Forklift Operator

Description

We are seeking a warehouse assistant with experience operating a counterbalance forklift to work at a parcel delivery company located in the La Mora Industrial Park, La Cistérniga. Duties include loading and unloading trucks, checking delivery notes, and placing goods in the warehouse, ensuring efficient product handling and optimal use of storage space. Working hours are on rotating shifts, either Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday, with start times between 3:00 AM and 4:00 AM and end times between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM. A temporary replacement contract is offered, with a salary of €9.73/hour for regular hours and €11.49/hour for night shifts. There is a genuine opportunity to join the permanent staff upon completion of the replacement period, offering job stability. The position requires demonstrable experience operating a counterbalance forklift; prior experience in warehousing or logistics is an advantage. Availability for the specified shifts, responsibility, and ability to work effectively in a team are essential. We seek a committed individual with attention to detail and a proactive attitude. Demonstrable experience operating a counterbalance forklift. Prior experience in warehouses or logistics, as well as basic inventory management knowledge, will be valued. Availability to work the indicated shifts—including early-morning hours—is required. Commitment, responsibility, teamwork capability, and good physical condition for loading and unloading tasks are mandatory. Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely are also valued.
