Job Summary: Perform rehabilitation treatments and techniques, assessments, treatment follow-up and evaluation, and participate in meetings and individualized care plans. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform rehabilitation treatments and techniques 2. Participate in meetings and individualized care plans 3. Advise professionals on mobilization guidelines and treatments \- Perform prescribed rehabilitation treatments and techniques. \- Conduct assessments of residents. \- Carry out follow-up and evaluation of the treatments administered. \- Participate in meetings and working sessions convened at the facility. \- Participate in meetings and develop individualized care plans for residents. \- Deliver group and individual rehabilitative therapies to residents. \- Collaborate, within their area of expertise, in training and information programs for staff and residents’ families. \- Advise professionals, as needed, on mobilization guidelines and treatments affected by physiotherapy techniques. \- Attend sessions held at the facility for treatment review, follow-up, and evaluation. \- Other duties assigned that pertain to their professional development or activities.
