This is a strategic role with direct impact on global expansion, positioning, and growth. Your mission: \- Drive international business through customer management, new market entry, and implementation of commercial and branding strategies that generate sustainable growth and profitability. Key Responsibilities: \- Manage and expand the existing customer portfolio. \- Achieve sales targets while ensuring margins and sustainable growth. \- Identify new business opportunities in strategic markets and channels. \- Design and implement brand activation plans in assigned markets. \- Oversee marketing and trade marketing campaigns in coordination with distributors and local partners. \- Propose and implement customer loyalty and development programs. \- Analyze market trends, competition, and consumer behavior to refine commercial strategy. \- Manage budgets and optimize return on investment. \- Represent the company at international trade fairs, events, and business meetings. Candidate Profile: \- Excellent communication, negotiation, and results-oriented skills. \- Willingness and ability to travel frequently. \- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
