As an **Events Coordinator**, you will serve as the liaison between our clients and operational teams, ensuring every event is planned and executed with the excellence, elegance, and attention to detail that define The Ritz\-Carlton. We seek an organized, proactive, guest-oriented individual with outstanding communication and coordination skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and guaranteeing an exceptional experience for every celebration. **Your responsibilities include…*** Meet with clients, coordinators, and hosts prior to each event to review all details and ensure all preparations are properly organized. * Analyze service orders and event planning documents to coordinate specific requirements, space allocation, timelines, setup, and required services. * Coordinate with involved departments to ensure all preparations are executed as agreed and meet The Ritz\-Carlton standards. * Follow up on special guest requests and ensure they are fulfilled accurately and with meticulous attention to detail. * Oversee event execution, anticipating client needs and resolving any issues promptly and professionally. * Maintain constant communication with Food and Beverage, Kitchen, Housekeeping, Engineering, and other relevant departments. * Ensure all events comply with The Ritz\-Carlton’s quality, service, and hospitality standards. * Provide personalized service to clients and guests, building trust-based relationships and ensuring a memorable experience. * Uphold Marriott International’s policies, procedures, and safety and quality regulations. * Collaborate with the team to achieve departmental goals and contribute to the success of each event. **What we expect from you…*** Secondary education diploma or equivalent (ESO, Bachillerato, or GED). * Experience in event, group, or hospitality coordination or similar roles. * Prior experience in luxury hotels or high-end establishments is highly valued. * Excellent organizational, planning, and time-management skills. * Ability to coordinate multiple events and priorities simultaneously. * Strong customer orientation and passion for delivering exceptional service. * Outstanding communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills. * Proactive attitude, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail. * Professional-level English and Spanish.
