Residència La Trobada is a geriatric center located in Barcelona, with a long history of caring for elderly people. Our care model is based on respect for the dignity, autonomy, and individuality of each resident, providing comprehensive care covering physical, emotional, and social aspects. We have a committed, multidisciplinary team undergoing continuous training, working in coordinated fashion to ensure the highest quality of care. We believe in a warm, family-like environment where both residents and their families feel supported and safe. \-Administration of medication and treatment monitoring. \-Monitoring and recording of vital signs. \-Coordination with medical and auxiliary staff. \-Comprehensive resident care and family support. \-Management and updating of clinical records. \-Development of Individualized Care Plans (PAIs) together with the interdisciplinary team. * Minimum 1 year of experience. Experience in a similar position is required. * Bachelor's degree in Nursing * Spanish (Advanced spoken and written) * Catalan (Intermediate spoken and written) * Indefinite-term employment contract * Part-time schedule (10 hours per week) * Additional information: Schedule to be agreed upon with the company.
