Description

This position focuses on ensuring maximum availability and productivity of machinery in an industrial environment, specifically within the food industry. The professional will be responsible for executing maintenance plans that include preventive, corrective, and predictive activities, always following guidelines established by the area manager and documenting all interventions performed. This role is critical to optimizing production processes, requiring constant observation of equipment condition and rapid response to any anomalies. Specific tasks include assembly and disassembly of packaging lines, verification of component cleanliness, and adjustment of operational parameters. The position demands agile intervention in case of misalignments or unplanned line stoppages, aiming to resolve incidents and maintain production continuity. Additionally, the candidate is expected to contribute technical ideas and suggestions to improve processes in terms of efficiency, cost reduction, and productivity. The work environment values order and organization; therefore, the professional must maintain both the workshop area and tools/equipment under their responsibility in optimal condition. This position involves close collaboration with the production team and other technical departments, promoting a continuous improvement approach and ensuring all operations comply with industry-required quality and safety standards. The employment contract is direct and indefinite. Working hours are 40 hours per week with rotating shifts covering morning, afternoon, and night periods from Monday to Friday. Additionally, one 12-hour shift is scheduled on a Saturday each month, with those hours accumulated in a time bank to be used at the employee’s discretion. Salary will be determined during the selection process, and opportunities for professional growth within the company are offered. A higher-level vocational training qualification (FP Grado Superior) in maintenance, electricity, electronics, or related fields is required, along with a minimum of two years’ demonstrable experience in a similar industrial role. Possession of a personal vehicle for mobility is mandatory.
